Jason P. Riveiro "Go Beyond your Job Description"
Jason Riviero is someone I have known for many years. I jokingly say he is the little brother I never wanted, but in all seriousness, he is a person that I greatly admire for the focus and individuality he brings to our industry.
He comes from a diverse marketing background, and he found an amazing niche in the multicultural world. He focused on the value of understanding how that segment of the population is utterly important on a global scale for our industry. As Chief Marketing Officer for NAHREP, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals he forged alliances to make this organization stand out in mainstream avenues emphasizing the importance of the Hispanic buying community in the real estate sector.
We worked together at Realogy, and during that time, his ingenuity was at hand time and again. As he said in the podcast, he always tried to go beyond his job description. That meant finding solutions that weren't as obvious to others. LinkedIn became one of the tools that he mastered for agent recruitment as well as promoting and communicating messages.
He is one of those rare individuals that understands marketing and business growth to equal aptitude. I appreciated the time and the conversation and hope you all enjoy the lessons shared.
